Quiviar, who studied and documented the races aeons ago, wrote:
"Barnesians are the most common folk you'll see around here. They're also
the hardest to pin down a general 'look' to. That's probably because they
can be so different while still looking like a Barnesian. Some are tall,
short, dark hair, light hair. Some are gangly, like Sprites, others are
as wide as they are tall!"
"I guess if I had to set down anything that makes a Barnesian a Barnesian,
it'd be the way each and every one of them seems to fit into themselves.
You never find a big Barnesian with a little voice, nor a grunt of a
Barnesian that whines and complains a lot. Every Barnesian seems just have
everything all fit together into a perfect package of... whatever."

"Now Celts, they're pretty easy to spot. They're the one's that are very
big and don't watch where they step. Believe me, I know. Most Celts
stand at least six feet tall and some are as much as seven. They usually
have very thick hair that covers most of their bodies. This is always a
very strong brown, black, red, or blond. Most Celts have round feature
since their muscles tend to smooth out their features. Your average Celt
weighs at least 300lbs."
"Celts are barrel chested with thick, powerful arms. Not really bulging
biceps, just... powerful. They usually grow thick, full beards and their
voices are low and booming, especially when they want to make themselves
heard. Life in those mountains must be tough, too, because Celts always
have very deeply set eyes and their hands are as tough as leather."
Felans

Quiviar writes:
"In my many conversations with Doman-Roa about the other races, he showed
no ill-will towards any of them, except Sprites. He spoke of Sprites as
if they were pigs waiting to be slaughtered, how they served no real
purpose in the world other than to teach the Celts which boot goes on
which foot. Although I could not pinpoint if his hatred stemmed from
anything personal, it seemed to be a general dislike of the species, and
the other Felans in the pride seemed to readily agree. Because of this,
the Felans don't mix to well with Celts or Sprites, however since the
three races don't inhabit many similar places, the confrontation between
the two is limited largely to words and speculation."

The famous historian Quiviar says of Kycors:
"If you want to see a Kycorian, go to a library. They'll be the one's with
their noses in the books. You can't miss 'em. They're just a little
shorter then average, probably most are about 5'4" and are almost as thin as
Sprites seem to be. Their skin has a kind of blueish tinge and their eyes
are a pale grey colour. Whatever their hair is, it's a very light colour
and really thin."
"Kycorians have long fingers and pointy joints, especially their elbows.
This faces are very long and thin, so their eyes are usually kind of close
together. Also, their nose is shaped more like a smooth lump of flesh with
nostrils then an upside down 7, which is kind of freaky to see at first.
Their ears are also longer and start lower on their heads."
Sprites

The famous historian Quiviar writes:
"The sprite are small and hard to catch sight of most of the time. They're
usually scurrying about, dashing between someone's leg or hiding behind
something. if you ever manage to get a pin through one of them and hold
them in place, you'll notice they're about 2'6" on average and unlike most
fairies, they have no wings. Instead they've got small, wiries frames and
generally wear bright colours."
"Thanks to this, sprite can conceal all sort of weapons, like darts for
example. Their skin is sort of a silvery white colour and their eyes are
bright colours, always a pretty blue, green, yellow, orange, or mixture
thereof. Generally, they have sharp features and a tuft of wild hair
they never tend to. Their voices are very high and hurt to listen too for
long."
